Renting Kitchen Space

Maintain at all times a minimum of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 of both PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE & GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, with SAK listed as additional insured: SOUTH AMBOY KITCHEN LLC.  236 N STEVENS AVE SOUTH AMBOY, NJ 08879.

A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED TO SAK BEFORE ANY USE OF THE FACILITY WILL BE PERMITTED

SAK RECOMMENDS THE FOOD LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM 

LIKE SERVSAFE OR SIMILAR. We do Provide certification classes.

MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO USING THE KITCHEN SPACE AT SAK.

Note: An annual license must be acquired from the City of South Amboy to start working in the kitchen
