REQUIRED FEES FOR RENTING KITCHEN SPACE
ONBOARDING & Application Fee $500.00
Orientation is mandatory for the user to attend.
Orientation ensures that the user understands how to properly operate all equipment in SAK.
This fee will be charged Prior to orientation, via The Food Corridor and is Non Refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT $250 ( Waived) until September 31st
This will be held by SAK in a non-interest bearing account during the user’s tenure at the facility, and will be
returned if the user is in good standing upon the user’s departure of SAK.
This fee will be charged Prior to your orientation, via The Food Corridor.
HOURLY or MONTHLY RENT
This will be determined by the number of hours the user requests and books through SAK’s online booking system,
The Food Corridor. Hourly rent will be charged on the day of the rental. Monthly rent will be charged on or about the 4th or 5th of the month. All fees and rent must be paid and be up-to-date before the user gains access to space.
